EL1 Technical Specialist

Essential criteria- RFQ to download

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ESM or IT service management roles.
  2. Proficiency in ESM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Cloud, Cherwell, and other relevant products. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and the ITIL framework.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desirable criteria

  1. ITIL Foundation or higher ITIL level qualifications (e.g., ITIL Managing Professional, ITIL Strategic Leader).
  2. Previous experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment.
  3. Advanced certifications in ESM tools, such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, BMC Helix Administrator, or Jira Administrator.
